Queen’s Review
If you find tying string around food difficult, then these stretchy bands are ideal. Simply place around food and you’re done.
About the only difficulty I’ve encountered is that it can be too tight and sometimes they are not practical for difficult to reach places. But they easily loop around chicken legs, roasting joints and vegetables such as asparagus.
Once cooked, food can be lifted out using the bands with little chance of breakage.

I was lucky enough to find these at David Jones big sale last year and I’d recommend people give these a try.
Fantastic tying meats, especially stuffed items. Great for portion freezing as bags can be tied and bands removed when item has frozen.
I really like that they come in different colours contrasting with the food your cooking. I found that some twine always got left behind when I’d tie a chicken, but these solve that problem.
Being re-usable is fantastic, I’ve even washed them in the dishwasher and they’ve come out fine.
